setting up for the leaf cutter ant dance (baile del zompopo) in Altagracia, Ometepe in November. I understand that this annual dance commemorates the original baile del zompopo in which pre-hispanic ometepinos persuaded the ants to stop eating the crops by honoring them with the dance. Unfortunately, the ants have reverted to munching on crops.
I thought this could have been a joke, so I checked it out.
Its not, but you gave me a great reason to go to Ometepe in November for an original story. Gracias
