I ran across this old 1910 political cartoon whilst reading up on imperialism, the guilty little kid's shirt says NICARAGUA on it

The last time Uncle Sam took his wip out was during the Reagan era, and that has set the country straight so far.I guess the wood shed is long forgoten. Pity.
