The brumas was starting to lift, the begining of another beautiful day in the valley. Every once in awhile I just smile and remember this isn't a vacation....

Easy to forget
Much of the content of this site is about "problems". That is, dealing with workers, finding things, getting residency, how to get from point A to point B, ... Well, that's why the site is here—to help people figure out how to get things done.
The other side of the coin is just how amazing it is living here. I was recently PMing with Che about this. He likes pines and so do I. I used to live in Washington state. Lots of pines but snow, gray skies over half the time, heating bills, crowds, ...
It is so easy to forget those things. I now live where it is somewhere between t-shirt and flannel shirt weather, day or night, year-round, most days there is sun for a large part of the day, food "just grows" year round, I have no utility bills, my closest neighbor is over 300 meters away and I still have pines in my yard.
