Interior of Jinotega's new Italian Nicaraguan restaurant
Besides the tables outside, there's a front room with plastic swivel tulip chairs, and a section that I've been sitting in when I'm there that's open to the sky -- the patio -- and a room in back with a large fish tank and more traditional seating. The place seems to be doing excellent business. They also serve slices of pizza and desserts in the front room, have a bar between the front room and the patio seating. Service has improved since I first ate there, so while the original owners had been running a successful pizza place across the street, getting the restaurant up to speed took about a month, but seems to be satisfactory now.
They still do whole pizzas to go or in the restaurant.
